Calendula is great for: inflammation, fevers, cleansing the liver, stimulating the lymphatic system and digestion, bug bites, cuts, rashes, menstrual cramps (start taking a week before your moon cycle) and so much more. You can add a dropperful to some warm water and use as a gargle for sore throats and irritation.
